Internet accounting
Our "Internet Accounting" service allows you to use accounting as a service and getting access to it via internet. You work with a powerful finance software called Sage 200 / Simultan. This software-as-a-service program offers you many advantages:
- You work on our servers and pay for usage, but costs for purchase and maintenance are omitted.
- Your connection is encrypted and secured with state-of-the-art technolgy (including two-factor authentification) also used by banks
- You don’t need to worry about updates, the latest software version is always at your disposal
- You are connected to artax through high-speed fiber optic link
Internet Accounting is especially applicable for you if you want to book by yourself but still receiving our support. As we work on the same system, any optional division of work is possible (for example you book your daily business and we book the closing entries). Regular control of your entries, clearing of the VAT or management of payroll accounting by us is without any problems as well. The authorisations can be defined individually too.
